Annual Shoe Box Appeal

Every year we take part in a Shoe box appeal.

For the last few years this has been via the Link to Hope Charity.

NOV 2023
Thank you to the members of The Crossing for all the work in putting 100 boxes together to be sent to Ukraine and other countries for Christmas 2023.
Also, thank you to Foresters for providing a grant to buy all the contents. A wonderful day had by all.

In Jan 2024 we received a thank you letter from the charity, explaining that 26,000 boxes were sent in total to Ukraine, Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria.

Nov 2022 we sent 200 boxes & £300 for Transport.
Also 6 bags of blankets etc.
Our boxes were sent to Moldova.
The final total was 26,015 shoeboxes sent by the charity.
