R.Generation

Hi, and welcome to the R.Generation's webpage! R.Generation is for all young people from Y6 and upwards. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. Whilst our numbers are quite small we have been meeting at The Ministers Manse (5 Shepherds Avenue; S81 0JD), but when a larger number we meet at The Crossing Church.

During our meetings we spend some time looking at Christian issues, play games and just chilling over drinks & biscuits. Some meetings we just watch a film and eat pizza. Apart from regular meetings we have also gone bowling in Sheffield, had sleepovers in the Church, run a charity auction for Christian Aid, and organised other fundraising events. Each summer, over the August Bank Holiday Weekend, some of the group go to the Greenbelt Christian Arts Festival at the Cheltenham Racecourse for 4 days camping, culture, music and a fantastic time!
